Casting & Fabrication Services

In my studio, I offer bespoke casting and fabrication services, capable of reproducing or transforming almost any form — from small-scale models and intricate objects to large sculptural structures.

Each piece is shaped through a careful dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and modern material technology, allowing ideas to take physical form through resin, fibre and texture.

Eco-Friendly Epoxy Resin Casting

work with a plant-based epoxy system, in which 40% of its molecular structure originates from natural sources.

This resin is ideal for encapsulating objects, small sculptures, and translucent layers.

Its clarity, brightness, and slow-reacting properties make it perfect for deep casts and fine surface finishes, all while being environmentally conscious.

Polyurethane Resin Casting

For works that demand strength, precision and transparency, I use polyurethane resin.

It offers exceptional resistance to temperature changes and impact, while maintaining high structural stability and minimal shrinkage.

From small clear objects and jewellery-like components to large sculptural forms, this material provides both technical performance and visual clarity.

Polyester Resin Casting

Polyester resin is my choice for projects requiring a sense of substance and presence — furniture, architectural components, and artistic reproductions with stone, metal or marble effects.

It can be tinted in both transparent and opaque tones, and offers excellent results in laminating, mould making, and large castings.

Mould-Making

Precision mould work is at the heart of every casting process.

I work with a wide range of materials — silicone rubbers (addition and condensation cure), polyurethane systems, fibreglass, and plaster — to create durable, accurate moulds that capture the finest details.

Each project begins with a close collaboration to choose the most suitable technique and material, ensuring results that are both technically sound and artistically faithful.
